Your rights
By contacting our Data Protection Office at the address given below you have the right to perform the following tasks at any time.
- Obtain information regarding the personal data (your data) which we have stored and processed (Art. 15 DSGVO).
- Correct any false information that we have in our files (Art. 16 DSGVO).
- Deletion of your personal data stored by us (Art. 17 DSGVO).
- Restrict processing of said information, where it is not possible for legal reasons to delete the data (Art. 18 DSGVO).
- Object to the utilisation of your personal data (Art. 21 DSGVO), and
- Data transferability, if you have signed a consent form or have a contract with our company (Art. 20 DSGVO).
If you have signed a consent form, you may rescind this consent at any time, to take effect for the future.
You may complain at any time to the relevant regulatory body: The regulatory body responsible is determined by your registered address, your employment and the alleged violation. Collection of general Information when visitng our website
Nature and purpose of processing.
When accessing our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (log files) contains for example browser information, the operating system used , the domain name of your internet service provider and the like. This data cannot however be attributed to a defined person. Said information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the requested contents from websites and therefore mandatorily arise when using the internet. This information is especially used for the following purposes
- To guarantee a problem free connection to our website
- To allow trouble free usage of our website
- Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
- Further administrative purposes
The processing of the user related data is based on our rights for the aforementioned purposes of data collection. We do not use this data to draw inferences regarding the individual users.
